Frequently asked

Every core module on every plan. The plan sets users, POS stations, locations and storage, not which core features you get. Sales, inventory, accounting, purchasing, CRM, POS and Kardo AI are in all six. Trade packs are extra.
No cap on your business. Unlimited customers, products and invoices on every plan, including Solo. Nothing stops mid-month.
14 days free, no card. Try Kardopal on Crew limits with your own data, once per business. Trade packs and device seats are paid add-ons and are not part of the trial.
When the trial ends. Your account becomes read-only — you can still view and export everything — until you choose a plan. Nothing is charged unless you do.
Prices exclude VAT. UK VAT at 20% is added at checkout. Business customers in the EU and overseas with a valid VAT number may be reverse-charged.
Move up or down. Upgrades take effect immediately, with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period, provided your usage fits the smaller plan. Add-ons are prorated when added.
Cancel any time. Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel from Billing in the app. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Partial periods are not refunded, except that an annual plan cancelled within 14 days of its first payment is refunded pro rata. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
If a payment fails. We retry for 7 days while you keep full access. After that the account is read-only for 14 days, and then the subscription ends.
Devices need a seat. Each connected screen, reader or terminal needs an active device seat. Devices paired before device seats were introduced keep working at no extra charge.
Already a customer? Your current plan and limits stay exactly as they are. Switch to the new ladder whenever it suits you.
Free personal spaces. Personal spaces created through KardoSpace are free and single-user. They do not include POS, devices or trade packs.
Your data is yours. Export everything at any time. After a trial or subscription ends we keep your data for 90 days, then delete it after two email reminders.
